Avid Growth Consulting LLC ("Avid Growth", "we", "us") helps local businesses get found on Google by managing their Google Business Profile. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form on our website or on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the answers you give about your business — for example the type of work you do and your average monthly revenue.
Information from becoming a client. If you go on to work with us, we also collect your business address, website, Google Business Profile details, and the billing details needed to take payment.
Information collected automatically. Our website uses cookies and similar technology to understand how the site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your enquiry, your appointment, or your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP for help, or email info@avidgrowthconsulting.com.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information may be shared with the service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our text messaging provider, solely so that they can deliver them on our behalf.

We keep enquiry information for as long as we are in contact with you about it, and client information for as long as you are a client plus the period our legal and tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@avidgrowthconsulting.com and we will act on it.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including restricting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
